Kid Cudi - “Up Up & Away” from Man on the Moon: The End of the Day
Don’t know why exactly, but this is my anthem for the spring. The guitar riff that’s repeated throughout the song just gets to me and I love how the track is both relaxing and energetic (an oxymoron i suppose). Plus Cudi’s deep voice serves as a nice mellow and carefree contrast for everything going on in this jam.

Kanye West - “All of the Lights” from My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy
Kanye finally put out a video for my 2nd favorite song from my 2nd favorite album of 2010. Rhianna looks smoking hot in this and I’m digging all the crazy lighting effects, even if they did almost give me a seizure. I also like how he gets all Michael Jackson in here, dancing on cop cars and what not.
Still can’t believe he made such an amazing song with like 20 other guest stars. Usually that’s a recipe for disaster, but the dude is a genius and figured out the perfect way to give everyone time to shine and mix all their voices together to make a massive sounding chorus.
Oh and this video doesn’t have Fergie’s poopy part… so i guess that’s a plus.
