This is my favorite political moment of the year. Many of you know already that I was a congressional intern for a Republican congressman earlier this year, but did you also know that I was a stud at the Pokemon trading card game back in 8th grade (I won every tournament I played in, even going undefeated in the massive Pokemon Expo at the Pomona fairgrounds)? I guess that explains why I have a deeper affinity for this than most folks.
